Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data we process when you use tirserwislublin.pl and contact us. It is provided in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Data controller

The controller is Serwis Mobilny TIR – Henryk Gorajek, Bystrzejowice Pierwsze 88, 21-050 Piaski, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 713-101-82-11. Contact for data protection matters: phone +48 605 151 439 or in writing to the company address.

2. What data we process and why

Phone, text message (SMS) and WhatsApp – your phone number, name and the information you give us (e.g. where the vehicle is parked, a description of the fault, vehicle details). Purpose: taking the call-out, driving to you and carrying out the repair. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract and performance of the contract).
Invoicing – data needed to issue an invoice or receipt. Purpose: tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Server logs – each visit is recorded by the server with technical data: IP address, date and time, the page opened, browser and operating system. Purpose: operation and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We do not combine this data with other data or create profiles. The server is protected by a web application firewall (WAF), which analyses traffic, including IP addresses, in order to block attacks – legal basis as above: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

The WhatsApp button on this website opens the WhatsApp app (or the wa.me page) with our number. If you message us via WhatsApp, your message and account data are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under its own terms – see the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, call us or send a text message (SMS).

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels or any other tracking tools. Fonts, photos and the video are loaded from our own server – your browser does not connect to third-party servers. That is why there is no cookie consent banner.

4. Links to other services

The website contains links to external services (e.g. Google Maps for our address, the Facebook share button, partner websites in the footer). Data is sent to those services only after you click the link – from then on their privacy policies apply.

5. Recipients

Data may only be received by companies providing services to us and by authorities entitled under the law:

the hosting provider that runs the website server: Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek (webd.pl), ul. Matecznikowa 2/1, 80-126 Gdańsk, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 9570804786 – it processes data (including server logs) on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR);
our telecom operator and accounting office;
if you contact us via WhatsApp – WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.

We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing.

6. How long we keep data

call-out data – while handling the job and afterwards until claims become time-barred;
accounting documents – for the period required by tax law (as a rule 5 years from the end of the tax year);
server logs – for a short period needed for security, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or in writing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).

8. Do you have to provide data?

Providing data is voluntary, but without your phone number and the vehicle location we cannot come to you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

9. Changes

If the website or the law changes, we will update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
